Position Summary: Bidwell Consulting Services (BCS), a Strongpoint Partner, is seeking a skilled Retirement Plan Compliance Administrator . This is an excellent opportunity for a retirement plan professional who enjoys the technical and analytical side of plan administration without the responsibility of managing client relationships or maintaining a dedicated book of business. In this internal-facing role, you will partner closely with our Consultants to support retirement plan compliance across the firm's entire client base, ensuring plans remain compliant with IRS and ERISA regulations while delivering accurate, high-quality work. PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully remote position and can be performed from anywhere within the United States. We welcome candidates from all U.S. time zones; however, due to the primary locations of our partners and clients, preference will be given to those in the Pacific time zone. Key Responsibilities: Perform annual retirement plan administration and compliance services for qualified retirement plans. Complete plan valuations and prepare compliance testing, including: ADP/ACP Testing IRC Section 415 Testing IRC Section 414 Testing Coverage Testing Top Heavy Testing Review compliance work for technical accuracy, identify potential issues, and recommend corrections or alternative testing approaches. Analyze participant census data and calculate employer contributions. Analyze and reconcile plan assets. Interpret plan documents and amendments to ensure accurate application of plan provisions. Prepare and review Form 5500 filings. Calculate lost earnings associated with late participant contributions when required.
