As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant who is passionate about client service, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and wants to make a direct impact on the success of our clients’ retirement plans and the participants they serve. This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to join a collaborative and experienced team dedicated to excellence. **What you need to have:** - At least 3 years of Defined Contribution Plan Administration experience within a TPA - Cash Balance/Defined Benefit Plan Administration experience not required but is a plus. - Review and perform compliance work related to cross-testing and ADP/ACP testing for DC plans - Calculation of profit-sharing contributions using new comparability allocation methods - Strong organizational skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. **What you will do:** - Maintain responsibility of client caseload management. Primary contact for assigned caseload. - Deliver testing results and year end packages to clients. Make sure any compliance corrections are completed timely and 5500s are signed and filed timely. - Track data received/not received from clients and follow up accordingly - Consult with clients, advisors and other parties on plan related issues to develop long-term relationships. - Work with clients, advisors and other internal teams to resolve compliance issues and answer questions as they come up. **Compensation:** The base salary range for this role in Dallas, TX is $83,000-$110,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
