## Description **Medical or Surgical Retina Physician** Associated Eye Care is a full service, partner-owned ophthalmology practice providing care for patients of all ages for over fifty years. We have five locations spanning the East Metro area of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul, and Western Wisconsin, and are known for our uncompromising commitment to quality care and personal service. Associated Eye Care is located in a major Midwest metro area with an international airport, four distinct seasons, excellent schools, professional sports, art/music/theatre, fine dining, and other cultural offerings of a large metro. **Position Summary** Associated Eye Care is currently seeking a board-eligible or board-certified medical or surgical retina specialist to join our practice. This retina specialist will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary eye care team including general and subspecialty ophthalmologists and optometrists. Associated Eye Care currently has one late-practice surgical retina specialist and is recruiting a new retina physician in anticipation of his planned retirement within the next year. This position offers a unique opportunity for both mentorship and transition, with an overlap period to ensure continuity of care and a smooth handoff of an established, busy retina practice. The incoming physician will ultimately assume the patient base and responsibilities of the retiring physician. This position offers flexibility and may be structured as either full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate’s preference and availability. The candidate must have the ability to travel to the practice’s five locations in the East Metro area of Minneapolis/St. Paul, and Western Wisconsin.
