By giving of your time and your talents, you can become an integral part of this mission and benefit not just the people Goodwill serves, but our entire community. **We have many volunteer opportunities that include:** - Retail - Administration and Clerical Support - Special Events - Court Ordered Community Service - Agency Partnerships (Must be approved through the Corporate Office) **Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:** - Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills - Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus **Language Skills:** Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. **Physical Demands:** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear and type. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. **Work Environment:** The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
