Retail Service Technician

**Position Overview** W&H Cooperative is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be troubleshooting and diagnosing fueling system issues, performing quality repairs, managing routine maintenance schedules, and providing exceptional service. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work and interacting with people, we want to hear from you! **Core Responsibilities** - **Diagnose and Repair**: Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical or technical issues efficiently. - **Routine Maintenance**: Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure system longevity. - **Documentation**: Maintain accurate work logs, parts used, and tools. - **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations on every job site. **Qualifications** - **Experience**: Previous hands-on experience with petroleum equipment or previous technical/mechanical service role preferred. - **Problem-Solving**: Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to read technical manuals or schematics. - **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and support personnel. - **Physical Ability**: Capacity to lift more than 50lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces. - **Requirements**: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check. Ability to pass Gilbarco certification process.
