Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. - **Sales & Metrics Mindedness** – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. - **Inventory Management & Store Operations** – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly. - **Process Orientation & Safety Compliance** – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
