Our employment benefits consider accrued vacation, sponsored healthcare & welfare benefits as well 401(k) retirement benefits. **Qualifications:** - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Previous retail or customer service experience. - Bilingual Spanish/English required, additional language skills a plus. Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Our retail store environment may require evening hours. **Essential Duties, include but not limited to:** - Achieve or exceed assigned monthly performance sales plans. - Acquire and maintain product knowledge to demonstrate brand, quality, and style. - Recommend, select, and locate or obtain merchandise based on consumer requests. - Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions using store register and adhere to checkout standards. - Access consumer accounts and maintain accuracy as well as safety in accordance with company’s consumer privacy policies. - Maintain professional attire, behavior, and neatness in accordance with company policy. - Other duties as assigned.
