You’ll be part of a trusted brand with a supportive team and real opportunities to grow your skills and income. **What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate** You will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance: - Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products - Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages - Manage and respond to RACC calls continuously throughout the day - Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed **Position Location Address: 2231 Eisenhower Ave. Alexandria, VA 22314** **What Makes You a Great Fit** - High school diploma or equivalent required - Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly - Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment - Previous sales experience is a plus - Basic geography knowledge is a plus - Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment. - Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings.
