Retail Lead- Richfield

The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can work independently and require little day-to-day supervision. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, demonstrates initiative, and consistently follows through on assigned tasks. The ability to stay organized, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude is essential.Retail management experience preferred. Snow College Campus Store in Richfield is hiring a Retail Operations Lead. Candidate must be able to do the following as well as other things pertaining to operating a college campus retail store: - Work a minimum of 27-29 hours per week. - Supervise all student workers. - Be available during peak hours of business. Including the beginning of each semester. - Be available to work on “move-in” day every fall. Generally this is the Saturday before the first day of classes. - Be available work half of all scheduled home football games. - Keep all displays stocked and be able to create new store displays. - Help track, order, receive, and keep all supplies in stock. - Perform other duties as required or requested. - Must be proficient in computer and internet. - Good Customer service skills and positive attitude towards working with Students. - Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. - Fill, ship, and track all Campus Store web orders - Manage social media for the store. - Be creative and able to come up with promotion ideas. **Applications received by 11:59 PM on July 7, 2026, will be eligible for review by the hiring committee.** **Applications received after that date may not be reviewed by the hiring committee unless deemed appropriate by the college administration.** **Initial screening is based on the responses to the online submitted application, as well as your redacted resume, curriculum vitae (CV), cover letter and teaching philosophy statement.
