If you're passionate about cars and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to have you on our team. * * * # What You'll Do As a **Retail Sales Associate**, you'll provide outstanding customer service while helping customers find the right automotive parts and accessories. ### Responsibilities include: - Greet customers in-store and answer inbound customer calls - Assist customers by identifying the correct automotive parts for their needs - Troubleshoot automotive parts questions and recommend solutions - Process customer orders accurately through our sales system - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and complete customer transactions - Package customer purchases - Restock merchandise and maintain attractive product displays - Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked - Count cash drawers at the beginning of each shift - Perform opening and closing duties as assigned - Process merchandise returns while maintaining company standards - Work directly with vendors to quote custom or specialty parts - Recommend additional tools or products customers may need for installation - Meet or exceed individual performance goals - Perform other duties as assigned * * * # What We're Looking For ### Required Qualifications - Previous customer service, retail, or call center experience - Strong knowledge of high-performance automotive parts - Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills - Professional and friendly demeanor - Basic computer skills - Strong math skills - Passion for helping customers - Strong work ethic and attention to detail - Ability to effectively resolve customer concerns - Ability to pass an automotive knowledge assessment before hire ### Preferred Qualifications - Previous sales experience - ASE Certification * * * # Physical Requirements - Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 100% of the shift) - Ability to lift up to **50 lbs** * * * # Schedule **Regular Schedule** - Monday-Friday: **10:00 AM – 6:00 PM** - One weekday off each week **Weekend Schedule** - Saturday: **9:00 AM – 5:00 PM** - Sunday: **10:00 AM – 4:00 PM** - Off every other Sunday *Schedules may vary based on store opening and closing responsibilities.* * * * # Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: ✅ Medical Insurance ✅ Dental Insurance ✅ Vision Insurance ✅ Prescription Drug Coverage ✅ Company-Paid Life Insurance ✅ 401(k) with Profit Sharing ✅ Associate Product Discount ✅ Paid Time Off ✅ Opportunities for Growth and Career Advancement
