Retail Generation Team Member - Activation Sales team

**Position Summary** As a part-time Retail Generation Team Member, you are responsible for generating new leads in order to drive revenue growth for the company. Must maintain company standards, build strong relationships with big box retail partners and ensure KPI performance. Generator Supercenter of Corpus Christi currently has two openings for this position. **Key TASKS & Responsibilities** ■ Familiarize with the products and services offered by the company ■ Engage with potential clients and generate leads for the sales team ■ Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive client experience ■ Qualify prospects and asses their needs ■ Provide accurate prospect information to schedule appointments ■ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities ■ Must be proactive and creative in engaging potential clients ■ Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients ■ Must be able to travel between 5 different locations around the Corpus Christi Area ■ Wednesday – Sunday (hours vary between 10 AM – 8PM) - Part-Time 12 Hours per week, four hours per shift ■ Able to use technology well (iPad) ■ Maintain relationships with big box retail partners and store managers ■ Ensure stores are properly stocked with marketing materials and displays **QUALIFICATIONS** ■ Previous sales experience preferred ■ Strong interpersonal skills ■ Excellent communication and organizational abilities ■ Ability to be coachable ■ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills ■ Bottom line, highly motivated, with a strong drive, courteous, professional and relentless PHYSICAL REQUIERMENTS ■ Ability to travel to various retail partner locations ■ Able to carry up to 30 pounds ■ Stand for long periods of time ■ Ability to work evenings and weekends when required Compensation ■ Hourly pay - minimum three 4-hour shifts per week ■ Commission plus incentives based on company goals and KPI performance - Unlimited Earning Potential for a minimum of 12 hours per week of work ■ Growth opportunities available based on performance Compensation: $450.00 - $700.00 per week Join The Generator Supercenter Family – Here it’s not just some catchy phrase; it’s a lifestyle.
