Help home and business owners recover after fire, water, and storm damage — and be part of something meaningful in your local community. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties - Set up, monitor, and operate restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.) - Remove debris, damaged materials, and perform demolition as needed - Perform basic construction tasks (drywall, flooring, painting, etc.) - Maintain cleanliness of job sites and warehouse - Communicate with team leaders and customers in a respectful, professional manner - Document daily job activity using mobile app (training provided) **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Required) - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment - Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditions - Prior restoration, construction, or cleaning experience a plus (but not required) - IICRC Certification is a bonus — we provide training and growth opportunities! **Why SERVPRO?** - Competitive hourly pay + overtime - On-the-job training with room to grow - Paid holidays and vacation time - A positive, team-focused work environment - Opportunities for advancement and certification Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour ## Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.
