As a **Restoration Technician**, you'll be on the front lines of emergency response, providing water, fire, mold, storm, and specialty cleaning services that make a real difference for our customers. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a career where your work truly matters, we'd love to have you on our team. **Why You'll Love This Role** - Make a meaningful impact by helping families and businesses recover after disasters. - Work alongside a supportive, team-oriented group of professionals. - Enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. - Receive paid training and opportunities to earn industry certifications. - Build a long-term career with opportunities for advancement. **What You'll Do** - Respond to water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage emergencies. - Perform water extraction, demolition, debris removal, cleaning, and restoration services. - Set up, monitor, and maintain drying and restoration equipment. - Document job progress using company software and mobile technology. - Load, maintain, and organize company vehicles, equipment, and materials. - Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and management. - Follow all SERVPRO procedures and safety standards. - Participate in rotating on-call schedules for emergency response. **What We're Looking For** - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. - Ability to work rotating on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Construction, restoration, demolition, or general labor experience is preferred but not required. - IICRC certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain). - Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. **Physical Requirements** The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
