This is your chance to make a real difference by helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage when they need it most. If you're a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** - Perform water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation and restoration services at residential and commercial job sites - Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters - Conduct demolition tasks such as removing damaged drywall, flooring, and structural materials - Document job progress through photos, moisture readings, and detailed written reports - Clean and restore contents, structures, and affected areas following SERVPRO standards and IICRC guidelines - Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and team members throughout the restoration process - Load, unload, and maintain restoration equipment and company vehicles - Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours and weekend dispatches as needed **Requirements:** - Prior experience in restoration, construction, remediation, or a related trade preferred - IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) a plus but not required — training available - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in varying conditions - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship - Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including on-call rotations - Excellent customer service skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor **About Us:** SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties is a trusted leader in the disaster restoration industry, proudly serving communities across the greater Atlanta metro area.
