**Benefits:** - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Vision insurance **Restoration Technician** **SERVPRO®** Madison, Rockcastle, Garrard, and Lincoln Counties Join a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service help make fire and water damage “Like it never even happened.” We’re seeking a dependable Restoration Technician to support restoration projects through demolition, cleanup, equipment setup, and consistent, high-quality fieldwork. **Primary Responsibilities** **Production & Field Work** • Perform production processes, demolition, and other labor-intensive tasks • Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setup • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, equipment, and jobsite appearance • Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project • Follow all safety and risk-management guidelines **Communication & Job Execution** • Communicate with supervisors and teammates to maintain efficient workflow • Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown • Other duties as assigned **Requirements** **Experience & Skill Set** • Effective oral communication and basic math/computer skills • Experience in cleaning or restoration preferred • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistance • Ability to work in varying conditions, including tight spaces and physically demanding tasks **Education & Credentials** • High school diploma or GED required • IICRC certifications preferred • Valid driver’s license required **Compensation & Benefits** • Starting at **$15.00/hour**, based on experience • Opportunities for overtime • Pay increases based on merit • Training and development opportunities, including industry certifications **Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.** All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
