You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities. No two days will ever be the same! **Responsibilities:** - Perform production/restoration process per work order and chief crew instructions - Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment - Prepare rooms/areas for work activities - Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance - Communicate openly with the crew chief and other technicians **Qualifications**: - IICRC certification (preferred) - Experience in cleaning/restoration - Experience serving commercial properties - Valid driver’s license - High school diploma/GED **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance - Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) - Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time - Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects - Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals - Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary Compensation: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Insight Restoration is a Woman Owned, Small Business that specializes in commercial/large loss disaster mitigation, including but not limited to, water damage, fire damage, storm damage, and mold remediation. Our patented Portable Sublimation Vacuum Freeze Dryer is also a unique piece of equipment, as we can bring this machine to our customers, which is crucial for those vital and confidential documents that cannot leave the premises. With large caster wheels it will not damage the floor during setup and relocation, and it can dry up to 50 banker-boxes worth of documents at a time. Insight Restoration can also offer many specialty services, such as: content cleaning, sewer backup, formaldehyde, hoarder, eviction and foreclosure clean-ups, as well as building climate control.
