Responsibilities include: - Lead water damage mitigation and structural drying projects - Perform mold remediation following company procedures and industry standards - Complete crawlspace encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and foundation crack repair projects - Set up and monitor drying equipment, HEPA air scrubbers, containment systems, and specialty equipment - Train and mentor Restoration Technician I team members - Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards - Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, and project managers - Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and assist in developing solutions - Complete accurate project documentation using company software - Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and jobsite organization - Represent AdvantaClean professionally on every project **What We're Looking For** We're looking for experienced technicians who take ownership of their work and enjoy helping others succeed. Our ideal candidate is: - Dependable and punctual - Self-motivated - Professional with customers - Detail-oriented - A natural leader and mentor - Calm under pressure - Safety-conscious - Team-oriented - Committed to producing high-quality work **Requirements** - Previous experience in restoration, water mitigation, mold remediation, construction, or a related field - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Reliable transportation to our East Dundee office - Ability to lift 75+ pounds - Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and basements - Comfortable using hand and power tools - Ability to safely climb ladders - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening - Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation - Willingness to work after hours and out of state **Preferred Qualifications** - IICRC certifications (or willingness to obtain them) - Experience operating professional drying equipment - Experience reading moisture maps and using moisture detection equipment - Experience training or mentoring other technicians **Career Growth** This position is designed for technicians who want to continue advancing their careers.
