Your responsibilities may include: - Water extraction and structural drying after water damage - Mold remediation and small particle cleaning following industry standards - Crawlspace encapsulation and moisture control projects - Basement waterproofing and foundation crack repair - Demolition of damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, and other building materials - Setting up dehumidifiers, air movers, HEPA air scrubbers, and containment systems - Cleaning, sanitizing, and restoring affected areas - Equipment cleaning and maintenance - Photographing and documenting work using company software - Providing excellent customer service throughout every project Every day is different, which means you'll continually learn new skills while helping customers through challenging situations. **What We're Looking For** We're looking for attitude more than experience.
