As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the **Restoration Supervisor** demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** · Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control · Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction. Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities · Thoroughly document restoration projects to support the services provided · Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects · Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members. · Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety · Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned. · Coach and train restoration technicians **Position Requirements** - · High school diploma/GED - · Valid driver’s license - · At least 5 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction - · IICRC certification - Xactimate Experience **Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies** · Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance · Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) · Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects · Ability to work with/around cleaning agents Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
