Brooklyn, NY (All 5 Boroughs) Full-Time Competitive + Profit Share We run six SERVPRO franchise licenses across all five NYC boroughs. Water, fire, mold, reconstruction — large losses, commercial buildings, residential emergencies, you name it. We're not looking for someone to punch a clock. We need a field leader who takes ownership of every job from kickoff to close-out. **WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING-** - Manage active mitigation and reconstruction projects end-to-end — scope, schedule, crew, and quality - Lead field technicians day-to-day: delegate, coach, hold the standard, and back them when they need it - Keep documentation airtight — moisture logs, Xactimate-ready notes, photo documentation, and job files that hold up under adjuster scrutiny - Be the face of the job for homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters — professional, clear, and on top of it - Track labor, materials, and equipment — you own the job profitability, not just the timeline - Enforce safety protocols and IICRC standards on every job, no exceptions - Handle equipment maintenance and accountability — if it's on your truck, it's your responsibility - Be available for emergency response — this is restoration, not a 9-to-5 **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR-** - 3+ years in restoration or construction - IICRC WRT / ASD (or ability to get certified) - Valid driver's license — clean record - Experience with Xactimate or job management platforms - Comfortable managing field crews directly - Strong communicator — crews, clients, and adjusters - Physically capable — heavy lifting, tight spaces, ladders - Bilingual English/Spanish a plus **WHAT YOU GET-** Company Vehicle- Fully equipped work vehicle Full Tech Package- iPad, laptop, moisture meters & all field equipment Profit Sharing- You help build it, you share in it 401(k) + Match- Company-matched retirement contributions Health Insurance- Company contribution toward your coverage Paid Training & Certs- IICRC, SERVPRO, and industry certifications covered Uniforms Provided- Full branded uniform set from day one Paid Time Off- PTO that actually accrues Why SERVPRO Team Allen -Six franchise licenses across all five NYC boroughs — serious coverage, serious volume Actively scaling — large commercial losses, TPA programs, and insurance carrier relationships already in place Leadership that came up through the trades — we know what this job takes and we respect people who do it well Real room to grow — this isn't a dead-end field supervisor role, it's a stepping stone for the right person Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year ## Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.
