As a RE, you will build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners the expectations to build the structure back to its original form. **Team Compensation and Benefits:** - Competitive salary (between $70,000-$85,000 based on experience) - Health insurance - Paid holidays (7 paid holidays) - Paid time off (13 PTO days to start) - Use of company issued vehicle during working hours - Leadership development and training opportunities to advance your career **Role on the Team (Job Functions):** - Write detailed restoration estimates using Xactimate and Symbility - Prepare estimates for both restoration projects and remodeling projects - Clearly communicate expectations with project manager and adjuster, onsite as needed - Perform on-site inspections to develop an accurate scope of work - Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding pricing, scope, and revisions - Document with photos, measurements, and detailed notes to support estimates - Ensure estimates comply with insurance carrier guidelines and industry standards **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 5 years experience writing estimates for restoration projects (resulting from fire and water damage) and remodeling projects - Strong proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility is a must - Experience working with insurance carriers and adjusters - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Must be able to manage multiple projects and work independently - Highly organized and professional **Are you Paul Davis?** **Before You Can Take the Field:** Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
