This includes the performing demolition of drywall, flooring, detaching cabinets, countertops, and other restoration activities. **Responsibilities:** - Perform basic demolition of drywall, flooring and other affected structures - Perform Disinfecting and Cleaning of remaining property structure - Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance - Communicate openly with the customer, manager and other technicians **Qualifications**: - Experience with general construction/demolition tools and work - Valid driver’s license - Reliable transportation to & from work **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance - Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) - Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time - Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects - Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour **OUR MISSION** RETURNING PEOPLE TO THE LIVES THEY KNEW Damage from accidents, structural issues and natural disasters often comes without warning, resulting in loss of valuable, personal property.
