As we continue to scale operations, we are looking for a driven, construction-minded Construction Project Manager to join our leadership team. This is an opportunity to step into a growing operation, take ownership of projects, and help build something meaningful in your local community. The Opportunity The Restoration Project Manager will oversee residential and light commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, and storm-related property damage. This role owns the full project lifecycle — scope validation, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and final delivery. This is a field-forward, results-driven position for someone who understands how homes are built and can confidently manage multiple moving parts at once. We are looking for someone who: - Has strong knowledge of residential construction systems (framing, MEP coordination, finishes, sequencing) - Understands how scheduling decisions impact profitability and margin - Thinks ahead — thoughtfully anticipating the next five steps rather than reacting to the next issue - Is comfortable operating across multiple digital platforms (project management tools, CRM systems, estimating software) - Learns new systems quickly and adapts as processes evolve - Is coachable and open to feedback - Works effectively within a leadership structure - Is self-motivated, accountable, and willing to roll up sleeves in a growth environment Experience with estimating software (Xactimate or similar) is a strong plus, but construction literacy and technology fluency are equally important. Why Join Paul Davis of SE NJ Shore? We are not a large corporate bureaucracy. We are building scalable systems locally and expect team members to help refine and improve them. You will: - Have direct access to ownership and leadership - Help shape operational processes as we grow - Gain visibility into project financial performance - Be measured and rewarded based on execution We value adaptability, coachability, and alignment with company standards. Leaders here are hands-on and expect team members to implement feedback quickly, operate within structure, and continuously improve. This opportunity is best suited for someone excited about building and scaling operations — not maintaining legacy systems. Core Responsibilities - Manage project budgets and protect gross margin performance - Confirm scope and work authorizations prior to project start - Coordinate subcontractors and manage timelines proactively - Anticipate downstream impacts of scheduling and scope decisions - Maintain professional communication with homeowners and partners - Track key performance metrics and adjust project plans accordingly - Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards Compensation & Structure Compensation is structured with a competitive base salary and strong performance-based upside. This role is designed for individuals motivated by ownership, accountability, and variable earning potential. - Base + performance commission structure - Expected earning potential: **$65,000 – $100,000+ annually**, depending on production and performance - No cap on earning potential - PTO and flexible scheduling - Company-provided technology - Direct mentorship and leadership access High performers who consistently manage margins, scheduling, and client experience effectively will see strong upside growth. Working Conditions: This position requires both indoor and outdoor fieldwork. The role includes standing, wa…
