This position entails a 5.5 day work week, with Sundays being required. The brand's peak hours are during lunch & dinner. There are growth opportunities within 1-year of employment as the portfolio continues to grow. Candidates who need to relocate will be considered for this position. **Key Responsibilities** Team Leadership - Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members - Build a positive, accountable team culture - Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns Operations & Guest Experience - Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service - Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety - Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently Business & Financial Performance - Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts - Control labor, food costs, and cash handling - Review performance and take action to improve results Administrative & Operational Support - Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering - Forecast staffing and business needs - Complete basic reporting and admin tasks **What We’re Looking For** - High school diploma (or equivalent) - Experience managing a QSR or restaurant (required) - ServSafe Certification (preferred) - Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality - Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role - Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills - Reliable transportation Compensation: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
