Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants. **JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Prepares food items needed in the preparation of drinks Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas Maintain health and sanitation standards Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance and/or safety Completes stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance and preparation of bar Perform various other duties as assigned **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** Minimum of High School education Minimum of one (1) year in bar back role Alcohol awareness certification preferred **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES** Ability to communicate effectively verbally Team player Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members Ability to work flexible hours and shifts Ability to multi-task \*The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
