Beyond that, employee ownership creates a culture in which your work directly contributes to our shared success, with transparency, collaboration, and a true stake in the future we’re building together. **Your role and Impact:** - **Educate & Demonstrate:** Deliver lectures and lead labs, using your clinical experience to prepare students for real-world scenarios. - **Drive Student Success:** Maintain an 80% student success rate by monitoring progress, mentoring at-risk students, and reducing course withdrawals. - **Curriculum Implementation:** Execute lesson plans aligned with program objectives, integrating guest speakers and field trips to enhance learning. - **Student Mentorship:** Advise students on curriculum paths and coordinate externship opportunities to bridge the gap between school and clinical practice. - **Compliance & Administration:** Maintain accurate grades and attendance records, and ensure all activities meet accreditation standards. **What you bring to Pima Medical Institute:** - **Credentials:** Active RRT and State RCP license. - **Experience:** 3+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
