Residual Fertility Operations Manager

Advanced Agrilytics is seeking an experienced and highly organized RFV Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of our RFV program from signed customer agreement through final report delivery and invoicing. This individual will be the operational owner of RFV delivery, creating urgency, visibility, and accountability across the workflow while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The RFV Operations Manager serves as the central point of coordination among Sales, customers, soil sampling resources, data and technical teams, report production, quality control, and Finance. The right candidate is a hands-on leader who anticipates obstacles, communicates proactively, makes sound tradeoffs, and consistently delivers on commitments. Success in this Role: RFV work moves predictably from contract to customer delivery, at the expected quality, with clear ownership, timely communication, and prompt invoice readiness.
