**Position Overview** Under the direction of the Peoria program Director, the Residential Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of community residential sites, ensuring a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for individuals served. This role includes supervising staff, supporting individualized implementation strategies (*Flourish Plans*), and participating in leadership and administrative activities. The Residential Supervisor plays a critical role in promoting the safety, wellbeing, and personal growth of program participants. **Salary:** $52,580 **Location:** Peoria, IL **Shift:** Two late nights 12:30 pm to 9 pm per week Two weekend days a month of your choice Two early mornings 7:30 am to 3:30 pm per month **Reports to:** Program Director **Network or Department:** Residential Network 4 Peoria **Essential Functions** **** - Provides comprehensive oversight for two or more 24-hour or intermittent community residential sites.
