Advancing Potential.* **Position Summary** LADACIN is seeking a dedicated and motivated **Manager – Residential** to oversee the daily operations of an assigned residential program. This leadership position is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high-quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and fostering a safe, supportive environment for both residents and employees. This position is in Neptune, NJ. **Key Responsibilities** • Oversee the daily operation of an assigned residential program in accordance with Agency policies and state regulations. • Recruit, interview, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate residential staff. • Participate in the Managerial Support On-Call rotation. • Coordinate admissions, assessments, and intake of new residents. • Ensure person-centered services are delivered in accordance with Individual Habilitation Plans (IHPs) and other individualized supports. • Implement assigned case management responsibilities. • Maintain communication between residential, day, therapeutic, and support service programs. • Coordinate ancillary services and attend medical appointments and clinics as needed. • Prepare payroll, budgets, program reports, statistics, and other required documentation. • Monitor program supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. • Promote staff development through ongoing training, coaching, and professional growth opportunities. • Ensure compliance with Department of Human Services regulations, licensing requirements, and Agency policies. • Provide transportation and personal assistance to residents as needed. **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, or a related field. • A minimum of three years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree. • Experience working with individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities. • Valid New Jersey driver's license. • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Must successfully complete all required background checks, registry clearances, and pre-employment drug screening. **What We Offer** • Competitive salary • Low-cost health benefits • Generous paid time off • Meaningful mission-driven work • Opportunities for leadership and career advancement • Supportive team environment • Tuition reimbursement • Onsite childcare (Monmouth County) • Employee discount programs **How to Apply** Interested candidates should apply for this position via the LADACIN.org website or via Indeed.
