Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for building and maintaining computer records within the Premier system for Consumer Real Estate & Secondary Market loan transactions. Responsible for creating all necessary documents for Consumer Real Estate Loans Assist in the scanning process for the loan department. Scan documents into Director for later retrieval by loan department personnel Escrow Disbursements for property taxes and insurance Escrow analysis processing Track Property, Private Mortgage Insurance and Flood insurance Maintain a positive working relationship with internal departments and external contacts Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements High School diploma or GED Minimum of one-year related clerical/administrative experience Banking and/or bank loan processing experience preferred Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work Handle changing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Outstanding customer service This job description does not state or imply the only duties and responsibilities assigned to this job.
