Your commitment and values come through every day - You’ll work with us for mental and behavioral health of children and families - Contribute to the 116-year history of tremendous impacting and healing - Work with a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to your growth - Gain expertise in our nationally recognized developmental relational model through immersive, hands-on training - Immerse in our holistic, relationship-based approach to healing and care - Enjoy an amazing benefits package that supports your well-being and growth - Check out our impact [**Home – Intermountain**](https://www.intermountain.org/home/?utm_source=referrer%3A%20Viewpoint&utm_medium=marking%20medium%3A%20email&utm_campaign=Viewpoint%20Film) **To flourish in this role, you will:** - Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families, grounded in Intermountain’s mission of healing through healthy relationships. - Advocate for clients by representing their and their families’ inner experiences in treatment decisions. - Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage discharge processes - Co-leading a residential cottage with the cottage supervisor to guide clinical interventions and provide feedback to direct care staff in how to implement goals and objectives from a child's treatment plan **Qualifications:** **Required:** - A 60-credit Master’s degree from an accredited university in Professional Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or Psychological Counseling. - Licensed or a licensure candidate in the State of Montana as an LCPC or LCSW through the Montana Board of Behavioral Health. - If treating clients as a Licensure Candidate, must hold appropriate licensure and achieve full licensure as soon as possible in accordance with Montana statutes and administrative rules. - Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children, either before or after completion of the Master’s degree. - Training and/or experience in attachment theory, attachment-based therapeutic approaches, and trauma-informed care. - Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. **Preferred:** - Advanced training or certification in specialized clinical areas such as trauma, substance use, or child development **As your next employer, we are excited to offer you:** - Employer sponsored health insurance for medical, dental and vision - Manageable productivity and documentation standards that align with our culture centered on work-life balance - Work Schedule: Monday – Friday - Competitive Salary Range dependent on Licensure $61,360 - $74,880 per year - Immediate Retirement contribution and Employer match of up to 4% of your income after your first year with full vesting - PTO, Sick, Volunteer and Holiday Leave - Collaborative approach to developing a caseload - Extensive in-house trainings - Culture that honors and celebrates employee mental wellness and sustainability We look forward to getting to know you! *Intermountain Deaconess Children’s Services is an equal opportunity employer.* Apply at [https://www.intermountain.org](https://www.intermountain.org/)
