**Stevens does not mandate or force shifts. \*\*** **Position: Residential Counselor-Transitional Living Program (TLP)** **Full-time (40 hours/week) – Third Shift (Awake Overnight)** Stevens Treatment Programs empowers youth to lead successful lives through high quality treatment and education in a safe and nurturing environment. **Located in Fall River, MA, the Transitional Living Program** will provide 8 male adolescents and young adults with services and support needed for them to safely reintegrate into home and community life and thrive in their future. **Residential counselors** provide a critical role in daily care and supervision for youth served. Residential counselors lead daily routines, facilitate activities, implement trauma-informed behavioral support, act as mentors and positive role models, and support youth in meeting their individualized behavioral, clinical, and rehabilitative goals.
