**Stevens does not mandate or force shifts. \*\*** **Position: Residential Counselor-Transitional Living Program (TLP)** **Full-time (40 hours/week) – Third Shift (Awake Overnight)** Stevens Treatment Programs empowers youth to lead successful lives through high quality treatment and education in a safe and nurturing environment. **Located in Fall River, MA, the Transitional Living Program** will provide 8 male adolescents and young adults with services and support needed for them to safely reintegrate into home and community life and thrive in their future. **Residential counselors** provide a critical role in daily care and supervision for youth served. Residential counselors lead daily routines, facilitate activities, implement trauma-informed behavioral support, act as mentors and positive role models, and support youth in meeting their individualized behavioral, clinical, and rehabilitative goals. We seek committed and passionate individuals who are looking for a rewarding professional experience providing care, supervision, and support to adolescent youth.
