We move fast, hold a high bar for quality, and count on our Cleaning team to deliver the polish that keeps residents happy and reviews glowing. **If you're dependable, take initiative, and like getting things done right, we want to talk to you.** ## **The Role** No two days are identical, but the goal is always the same: leave every unit spotless and every common area looking brand new. Responsibilities include: - Performing full turnover cleans on vacant units - Disinfecting and detailing kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, walls, and fixtures - Cleaning windows, glass, railings, and ledges to a streak-free shine - Clearing cobwebs, scuffs, and soap buildup - Sweeping entryways, gangways, and stairwells - Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting with attention to detail - Swapping lightbulbs and smoke detector batteries, plus other light maintenance tasks - Flagging issues like leaks or appliance problems to the team right away - Logging photos/notes and staying in touch with dispatch between jobs You'll work independently, move between properties throughout the day, and see the impact of your work immediately. ## **What We're Looking For** - **At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience (2-5 years a plus)** - Familiarity with cleaning equipment, products, and safe chemical handling - Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners - Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle - Willingness to work across different property types-apartments, common areas, residential units - Physical ability to lift 30+ lbs and stay on your feet all shift - Strong attention to detail and pride in the finished product - A collaborative, problem-solving attitude ## **Compensation & Benefits** - $16-$20/hour based on experience - Monthly performance bonus program - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage - 10 paid days off per year, plus your birthday - 7 paid holidays - 401(k) plan - $150/week gas stipend - Up to $500/year through our Better Book Club to fund your personal growth - A supportive manager and team that value your work ## **Our Culture** **GC Realty has run on the same core values for two decades:** - **Own It** - take responsibility and see it through - **GSD** - get stuff done, no excuses - **Better Results** - improve what you touch, not just maintain it - **Responsive** - communicate fast and clearly If this sounds like your kind of team, apply today and let's talk.
