We are seeking a Resident Relations Coordinator to support property operations, strengthen resident relationships, and help maintain a safe, well-managed community environment. What you’ll do: • Serve as a liaison between management, maintenance, local agencies, and law enforcement while supporting overall community operations • Enforce lease compliance through inspections, police log reviews, and resident engagement; document and address violations as needed • Coordinate maintenance scheduling, unit inspections, pest control services, and resident communications • Provide front-line customer service by handling inquiries, directing residents and visitors, and supporting day-to-day office operations • Maintain administrative functions, including recordkeeping, incident reporting, and processing accommodation requests, while collaborating with on-site staff to support resident programs and events What we’re looking for: • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with diverse populations and handling sensitive or complex situations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems What we offer: • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package • Health & Wellness: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance • Paid time off, plus holidays • 401(k) with company match • A collaborative and supportive work environment where your contributions make a meaningful impact on the community Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
