This position is based in our Orlando office; however, there may be a temporary remote work arrangement for candidates located in the Orlando area. The RAS will report directly to the Director of Training and Support and will be responsible for specific administrative tasks and transactions, including bookkeeping, collections, renewals, and more while ensuring excellent customer service across multiple communities. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** - Complete Pre-AME and AME checklists and discuss findings with Community/Regional Manager. - Work with current and former residents on delinquency, collections, and payment plans. - Initiate lease violations, late rent reminders, 3-day notices, and file evictions/writs. - Generate renewal offers and manage the renewal process, including renewal of renters insurance policies. - Monitor liability insurance compliance and manage communication with residents accordingly when forced placed. - S…
