Reservationist Scheduler

## Description The Reservationist Scheduler plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and customer-focused scheduling of ADA paratransit services. This position is responsible for handling trip reservations, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional service to passengers with disabilities in compliance with ADA regulations ## Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist passengers with trip reservations, cancellations, and inquiries. - Schedule and confirm ADA-compliant transportation services using scheduling software. - Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely and accurate trip execution. - Maintain detailed records of passenger interactions and trip data. - Provide backup support to dispatch and customer service teams as needed. - Communicate effectively with passengers, especially those with special needs, ensuring a respectful - and supportive experience. - Monitor trip capacity and optimize route efficiency. - Handle service disruptions or changes with professionalism and prompt communication. - Ensure compliance with ADA guidelines and company policies.
