Our job is to help you succeed. About the Client We're hiring a research-driven analyst to support execution across multiple concurrent client engagements — spanning legal AI, litigation consulting, and luxury ground transportation — producing executive-ready research and business development deliverables with minimal oversight. This is not an administrative or EA role. It's a research analyst function that also touches sales development: sourcing decision-maker contacts, drafting outreach, and building PM dashboards to track it all. Responsibilities Conduct multi-source market and competitive intelligence research (e.g., mapping vendor ecosystems, ranking competitors in fragmented markets), with full citations and transparent sourcing Go beyond data collection to synthesize findings into patterns, trends, and clear "must-have" recommendations — surface-level, AI-generated-feeling summaries are not sufficient Source executive and decision-maker contacts (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or equivalent) and draft personalized, research-informed outreach/cold emails Pre-answer discovery questions ahead of sales meetings using public intelligence, flagging open questions and positioning insights Build and maintain project plans and Gantt charts (Monday.com or comparable) with phases, milestones, dependencies, timelines, risks, and KPIs — readable by leadership at a glance Produce competitive teardowns and comparison materials (positioning, differentiators, target verticals, UX walkthroughs with screenshots, comparison tables) Context-switch cleanly across unrelated client accounts and industries without losing rigor or voice Requirements Must-have 3+ years in market research, competitive intelligence, business/sales analysis, or a closely related B2B research function Strong business English writing; can independently produce structured, citation-backed reports Demonstrated experience sourcing executive/decision-maker contacts (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or equivalent) Comfortable drafting personalized outreach/cold emails as part of a research deliverable Working knowledge of Monday.com or a comparable PM tool (Asana, Smartsheet) for Gantt charts and KPI dashboards Track record of multi-source verification and transparent sourcing/citation practices Able to operate with minimal oversight and context-switch across multiple, unrelated client accounts Nice-to-have Prior exposure to legal tech, insurtech, SIU/investigations, or litigation consulting Familiarity with luxury travel, ground transportation, or corporate meetings & events Experience directly supporting sales/BD teams (SDR/BDR-adjacent research background) Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch) Up to $180…
