Here are your main missions : Achieve the sales target and the objectives assigned by the Area Manager/Sales Manager. Introduce and sell new products and promotions according to the established objectives. Implement Marketing and budget tools to retain and develop the customer portfolio Distribute advertising and promotional material using the best merchandising techniques. Advise customers about the effective use of the Company’s products. Proactively and constantly offer and provide support for customers’ business development, offering them the best tools and solutions in each case. Promote customer assistance at events and meetings. Achieve customer loyalty by making programmed visits, fulfilling orders and quickly and efficiently resolving all incidents and claims. Carry out various administrative and planning tasks: o Process the orders obtained on a daily basis. o Submit a daily sales report. o Establish the daily routes with the support of the Area Manager/Sales Manager. o Prepare for the visits in advance, focusing on the assigned objectives o Follow the procedures and rules established by the Company o Be informed and keep Area Manager/Sales Manager informed about competitor activities & market demands.
