The Replenishment Analyst II is responsible for analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and developing effective replenishment strategies to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. - Monitor and analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and customer demand to identify patterns and forecast future product needs accurately. - Develop and implement replenishment strategies that optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and maximize sales. - Collaborate with merchandising, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product replenishment and maintain appropriate stock levels. - Review and adjust inventory parameters, such as reorder points, lead times, and safety stock levels, based on demand forecasts and historical data. - Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy and minimize shrinkage. - Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to establish effective communication channels, monitor performance, and resolve any issues related to product availability or quality. - Generate reports and provide insights to senior management on key performance metrics, including sales, inventory turnover, and forecast accuracy. - Continuously evaluate and improve replenishment processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. - Train and mentor Replenishment Analysts, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team. - Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King’s Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement. - Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars.
