Join a team that values your contributions, supports your growth, and empowers you to succeed. **Why Work at Cavender Toyota:** - $18.00 Per Hour - Full Time (40 hours) - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, and pet insurance - Paid Time off - Paid Maternity and Paternity leave (Parental Leave) - Company Paid $10,000 life insurance policy - Employee discounts on Vehicles, Service and Parts - Professional growth and development training on a quarterly basis. **Here is what you will be doing:** - Greet customers and discuss the type, quality and quantity of merchandise sought for rental. - Compute charges for rentals or services and receive payments. - Answer telephones to provide information and receives orders. - Provide information about rental items, such as availability, operation, or description. - Rent vehicles, arrange for provision of services to customers and accept returns. - Inspect and adjust rental items to meet needs of customer. - Explain rental fees, policies, and procedures. - Prepare rental forms, obtaining customer signature and other information, such as required licenses. - Keep detailed records of transactions and customer information. - Reserve items for requested times and keep records of vehicles rented. - Recommend and provide advice on a wide variety of products and services. - Receive orders for services, such as rentals, repairs. - Prepare merchandise for display for rental. - Advise customers on use and care of vehicles. - Receive, examine and assess damage on vehicle to be altered, cleaned, stored, or repaired. **Here is what you will need:** - High School Diploma/GED is required - Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test. - Valid driver's license - Energetic, motivated, enthusiastic dependable individual seeking an opportunity to succeed - 1 year or more of Rental Car experience - Flexibility to work Monday - Saturday 7 am - 7 pm - Excellent communication skills - Proper email and telephone etiquette - Must be comfortable with public communication
