This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys balancing accuracy, empathy, and productivity while working from home. **What You'll Do** As part of our scheduling team, you will: - Answer inbound patient calls professionally and confidently - Make outbound calls when follow-up is required - Respond to patient inquiries via email - Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments - Verify and update patient information accurately - Explain scheduling requirements and appointment preparation instructions - Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and internal teams - Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions accurately - Deliver an exceptional patient experience on every interaction **Contract & Compensation** - **$5.50 USD per hour** - Paid weekly in arrears - Independent contractor position **Schedule** - Monday through Friday - Weekends off - Shifts scheduled between **7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)** **Training** Your onboarding includes: - Two weeks of paid product training - One week of nesting with coaching support - Transition into production immediately after nesting **Equipment & Technical Requirements** A company laptop will be shipped to successful candidates.
