We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. No previous customer service experience required; paid training provided. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a personal computer. Strong organizational and time management skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or administrative support is a plus. Experience using CRM software is beneficial but not required.
