Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately **6–10 hours per week**. * * * ### **Attorney Responsibilities:** - Provide litigation support on Pennsylvania personal injury matters - Prepare trial-related documents, including motions in limine, trial briefs, jury instructions/questions, and other pre-trial motions - Draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents - Conduct legal research and assist with trial strategy - Assist with trial preparation and active litigation matters - Collaborate with attorneys to ensure cases are prepared for upcoming trials * * * ### **Attorney Requirements:** - Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania - Minimum of 5+ years of Pennsylvania personal injury litigation experience - Extensive trial preparation and litigation experience - Strong drafting skills, particularly for pre-trial motions and briefs - Excellent legal research and analytical skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced litigation environment - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines - Self-starter who can work independently * * * Our Attorney pay rate starts at **$80/hour**.
