Remote, Contract-based Massachusetts Family Law Attorney Opportunity - 10–20 Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated **Massachusetts Family Law Attorney**. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately **10–20 hours per week** ### **Attorney Responsibilities:** - Handle family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and related domestic relations matters - Conduct client consultations and provide legal guidance - Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and other family law documents - Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy - Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, trials, and other court proceedings as needed - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the legal team - Manage cases from inception through resolution ### **Attorney Requirements:** - Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Massachusetts - Minimum of **5+ years** of Massachusetts family law experience - Strong experience with divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support matters - Experience with court appearances, motion practice, discovery, and case management - Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills - Strong communication and client management abilities - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters efficiently - Self-starter who can work independently Our Attorney pay rate starts at **$80/hour**.
