Your job isn't to pitch them - it's to understand where they are, help them get clarity on where they want to go, and connect them with our advisory team when the fit is right. You'll do this through direct outreach, referrals, and relationship-building - not cold lists or high-volume dialing. Responsibilities: - Engage prospects through social platforms, professional communities, and personal networks - Lead thoughtful conversations focused on goals, challenges, and financial situation - Communicate our services clearly and personally - Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with our advisory team - Maintain organized notes, follow up consistently, and manage your pipeline - Stay on track with weekly activity and performance goals Compensation: - Performance-based structure: $900–$1,800/week, with no ceiling for top performers - Your income reflects your effort and results - directly - Clear path to growth in client engagement, advisory support, or leadership Who You Are: - You take full ownership of your work - no excuses - You have experience in client-facing, service, or relationship-driven roles - You're coachable, growth-oriented, and consistent over time - You value real conversations and long-term relationship building What We Provide: Structured onboarding, communication and outreach frameworks, qualification and scheduling systems, and ongoing mentorship from leaders who have done this work themselves.
