The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring all systems meet code requirements and function efficiently. Key Responsibilities · Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new construction and remodeling projects. · Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes. · Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other trades to ensure project completion. · Identify and resolve plumbing issues promptly and effectively. · Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations. · Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues, ensuring optimal performance. · Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships. · Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. · Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Qualifications · Valid journeyman or master plumbing license. · Minimum of 3 years of experience in new construction and remodeling plumbing. · Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment. · Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions and environments. · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
