RELIEF PIT SUPERVISOR

The Relief Pit Supervisor will oversee all activities of the table games department to ensure the efficient operation. They will also act as a Dealer to assist with shift coverage. - Perform all aspects of dealing assigned games while maintaining the highest standards in customer service. - Assist in tracking play and game observation. - Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures for all games played on property. - Demonstrate good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money. - Always present oneself as a credit to the Legends Bay Casino and encourages others to do the same. - Resolve customer complaints / disputes where possible or refer such matters to a supervisor/manager. - Ensure the team adheres to the gaming procedures, as set out in the Legends Bay Casino Procedures manual. - Oversees the Table Games area. - Provide motivation, guidance, and support to Table Games Team Members. **Education and Experience:** - High School Diploma and/or GED. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the gaming industry. **Additional Requirements:** - Must be 21 years of age or older. - Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guest. - Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Must be flexible and able to work all shifts any weekend and holiday. **Required Work Cards:** - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card Registration. **Machinery, Work Equipment, Programs, Software, Hardware Used:** - Microsoft Office Programs
