Speaks positively about the company, co-workers and guests. $27.68 per hour ### Responsibilities Prepares, cooks, and seasons foodstuffs for noon meals, evening meals, banquets, usually specializing in entrees, roasts, prime rib, etc. Controls food production in all work areas including proper cooking methods, proper cooking times and temperature; insures correct serving temperatures; proper plating and garnish; and insures sanitation, handling and storage of prepared foods and leftovers. Supervises "back of the line" setup for efficiency. Directs kitchen maintenance and sanitation program insuring proper use of equipment. Supervises and maintains preparation and setup of buffet line. ### Qualifications High school diploma/Operation and maintenance of all kitchen equipment, purchasing and inventory.
