**Must already reside in the New York Tri-state area* The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $119,000 annually, based on experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Production Support & Platform Reliability Monitor real-time order flow, execution activity, client connectivity, and overall platform health. Support highly available trading and execution platforms in a production environment. Investigate and resolve production issues including order rejects, missing executions, connectivity issues, market data discrepancies, and trade reporting issues. Serve as a primary escalation point during production incidents impacting business operations and users. Proactively monitor applications, market data feeds, infrastructure, and system performance. Monitor real-time order flow, execution quality, venue health, and client connectivity across electronic trading platforms. Support alternative trading systems (ATS), crossing platforms, and execution services in a highly available production environment. Electronic Trading & Market Structure Develop knowledge of U.S. Equities market structure, electronic trading workflows, and alternative trading systems (ATS). Support ATS, crossing platforms, and electronic execution venues while monitoring execution quality and venue performance. Investigate issues related to order routing, crossing eligibility, market data, execution outcomes, and trade reporting.
