These transactions include handling cash, balancing accounts, and ensuring each transaction is conducted in accordance with established Credit Union policies and procedures. The role also includes actively promoting Mazuma's products and services to Members, thereby supporting their financial needs. It is essential to maintain a professional, organized, and efficient work environment at all times. **Essential Functions & Responsibilities:** **Member Service and Engagement:** Deliver exceptional service by greeting Members warmly, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. Strive to create a positive experience for every Member. **Transaction Processing:** Accurately and efficiently process Member transactions, which include deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, savings bonds, check cashing, and money orders. Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with established Credit Union policies and procedures. **Cash Drawer Management:** Maintain accurate cash drawer balancing throughout the workday and promptly reconcile any discrepancies to uphold financial integrity.
